2. Share a contract

Sharing a contract securely has never been so easy. For conveyancers and solicitors already using InfoTrack contracts, Securexchange is integrated with the InfoTrack platform.

3. Request funds

Securexchange guarantees the funds up to $1mil for verified trust accounts shared through our system.* Read our FAQ to learn more.

4. Request bank account details

Requesting bank details for any outgoing funds is easy. Simply invite the purchaser into the exclusive Securexchange workspace. Securexchange is only accessible to a pre-verified network of authorised users.

5. Sign a document

Share and sign any document, including the contract of sale, through Securexchange. Signing can be initiated by a real estate agent, conveyancer or solicitor. Our signing functionality is powered by DocuSign, a trusted provider of electronic signing.

6. Exchange a contract

A contract of sale can be shared and signed by all parties after negotiations are finalised. Once complete, you will receive a final copy with all signatures.
