4. Request bank account details

Requesting bank details for any outgoing funds is easy. Simply invite the purchaser into the exclusive Securexchange workspace. Securexchange is only accessible to a pre-verified network of authorised users.

5. Sign documents

Share and sign any document, including a Contract of Sale, through Securexchange. Our signing functionality is powered by DocuSign, a trusted provider of electronic signing.

6. Exchange a contract

A Contract of Sale can be shared and signed by all parties after negotiations are finalised. Once complete, you will receive a final copy with all signatures.
